Setting up your account
Before you can start making payments, you'll need to create your Oxygen personal account. Follow the easy sign-up process, then verify your account to gain access to all of our great Oxygen features.
To setup a personal account, follow the steps below:
Click on "Sign up" and choose "Apply for personal banking."
Enter your email address and password, then tap "Apply."
Shortly afterward, a verification code will be sent to your email; enter the code and tap "Confirm."
Proceed by providing your physical address details and tapping "Continue."
Input your social security number, review and accept the terms and conditions, then tap "Apply."
You will be prompted to establish a passcode for the account.
The application will undergo processing, potentially resulting in the creation of your account.
Tip:
Should you encounter any challenges during this process, simply type "live agent" to connect with someone from support.

How to transfer funds into your Oxygen account from an external bank account
Can I link a bank account that's not in my name?
No, you cannot link an external bank account that does not match your first and last name.
Step 1: Accessing the ACH transfer feature
Log into your Oxygen app.
Select “Add money.”
Select which Oxygen account (if you have personal and business deposit accounts) you wish to add funds too.
Select “choose how to fund"
Select an already-linked bank account or proceed to step 2 to connect a new bank account
Step 2: Linking your external bank account to your Oxygen account
Tap “Add account”
Agree to Plaid's terms of service, and select your banking institution.
Enter your external bank’s login credentials.
Step 3: Transferring funds
Confirm your selections, and finalize by tapping “Submit transfer.”
Your transfer will be completed within 3 business days.
What are some other ways I can add funds to my account?
We offer multiple methods for easily adding funds to your account, including direct deposits, mobile check deposits, wire transfers, P2P, Greendot, or transferring money via ACH from an external bank account in your name. You can also fund your account using Cash App, Paypal or other mobile payment services.
How can I send and receive money with Oxygen Friends?
Oxygen Friends allows you to send money to your loved ones instantly or receive payments with ease. Whether it's splitting the bill at dinner, pitching in for a birthday gift or sharing expenses, sending money using Oxygen Friends is hassle-free and convenient. Just enter the recipient's details, the amount, and hit send on the Friends tab in the app. You can also request funds from your Oxygen Friends network.
How can I pay bills using Oxygen?
The days of writing checks and standing in long lines are behind us. With Oxygen, you can easily pay your bills online. Simply add the payee information, enter the payment amount, and schedule a payment date. We'll take care of the rest.
To create a free bill payment:
Step 1: Select “Bill pay” under “Overview.”
Step 2: Choose “Add bill” > “Add payee,” and input the biller’s name and address.
Step 3: Tap “Add” > “Make a payment,” and add the amount and frequency of the payment.
Step 4: Select a send date. Then add a note, if desired.
Step 5: You can turn on autopay by toggling the switch and tapping “Confirm.”
Step 6: Once confirmed, your payment will be deducted immediately from your account balance, and a paper check will be mailed to the payee you selected using USPS.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your payment to be delivered.

Keep track of all your Oxygen transactions in one place. Our user-friendly interface lets you view and manage your payment history anytime, which makes it easy to stay on top of your finances.
Using virtual cards
For added security and control, use Oxygen virtual cards for online purchases. You can quickly create virtual cards for specific merchants or subscriptions, set spending limits and deactivate your virtual cards at any time.
