How do I start earning and using cashback rewards?
To start earning cashback rewards, open the Oxygen app and go to “Cashback.” Select the cashback merchant you want and tap "Activate the offer” > “Confirm” to start using your Oxygen Visa Debit Card for cashback purchases.
The amount of cashback you can earn depends on your account type and Element tier. Please note that Earth tier customers must spend $350 within any rolling 30-day period to activate the 2% cashback offer.
While the cashback percentage earned per Element tier varies, all tiers earn $1 cashback on eligible food and coffee purchases (after activating that specific merchant’s offer).

How often you may use cashback offers depends on the offer type.
You can use an activated offer every one to seven days, depending on the specific offer type. Remember to activate a new offer once the previous one has been used.

How do I find out more about a specific cashback offer?
To learn more about a specific cashback offer, log in to your Oxygen account and go to the “Cashback” tab.
Under "All offers," tap on an offer type to see information such as the minimum purchase amount, how much you've earned, how often you can use an offer, and how much cash back you can receive on a single transaction.
Do my cashback rewards expire?
No, there is no expiration date on your cashback rewards.
What should I do if I never received my cashback reward?
Please contact customer support at support@oxygen.us or 866-287-7021 and provide them with the merchant’s name, purchase amount, and the specific offer you selected at the time of purchase.
What is Oxygen Day?
Every eighth day of the month is Oxygen Day when we will move your Cashback Earned Account balance to your Total Rewards Account.
You can cash out earnings from your total rewards account directly into your Oxygen deposit account anytime. There is no more minimum balance required to cash out your rewards.
Please note that cashback rewards cannot be used for purchases or transfers directly. However, once cashback rewards have been transferred out of your total rewards and deposited into your Oxygen deposit account, you can use the funds for any eligible transactions or transfer them as desired.
