What are Oxygen Elements, and how can they help me save and earn more?
Oxygen Elements is a unique banking experience* designed to help customize Oxygen banking to your individual needs. The Oxygen Elements program offers four levels or “tiers:” Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.

Each tier offers distinct benefits and perks, and the Water, Air, and Fire tiers require an annual fee associated with accessing that tier’s enhanced benefits.
When you join Oxygen, you gain access to an Oxygen personal deposit account that is FDIC insured and securely backed by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. for your peace of mind. You are also enrolled in the Earth Element tier and may upgrade to a higher Element tier anytime.

Please take note of the following process for managing your rewards:
Cashback rewards, ambassador reimbursement, and referral bonus earnings will be placed in your "Cashback Earned Account” until Oxygen Day, which falls on the 8th of every month.
On Oxygen Day, the accumulated balance in your Cashback Earned Account” will automatically transfer to your “Total Rewards Account", making it available for cashing out.
You can only cash out your earnings when they are present in the "Total Rewards Account".
For instance, if you earn a $100 referral bonus on October 1st and receive $1.00 cashback from Starbucks on October 2nd, the total earnings of $101.00 will be deposited into your "Cashback Earned Account". Then, when October 8th arrives (Oxygen Day), your balance will move from "Pending Rewards" to "Total Rewards," and you can conveniently cash out your earnings to your Oxygen deposit account.

If I upgrade my Oxygen Element tier, can I start earning my higher interest rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) right away?
When your Element tier changes, your new interest rate, and APY become effective on the first business day of the enrollment period of your new Element tier.
Please refer to the Total Rewards that governs your deposit account for more information on the enrollment period and changes to your Element tier.
How do I upgrade my Oxygen Element?
You can give yourself a boost with more cashback, a higher savings APY, and many other rewards when you upgrade your Oxygen account.
To view or upgrade Oxygen Elements, choose “More” > “Oxygen Elements” > “View Elements.” Swipe right to review the benefits for each Element and scroll down to view the qualification requirements.
The annual fee for Water, Air, and Fire Elements will be debited automatically from your account when you upgrade and then automatically charged each year.
How do I downgrade my Element tier?
If you want to downgrade to a lower Element level, please contact Oxygen customer support at 866-287-7021 or support@oxygen.us.
I met the spend requirements for the Ambassador Reward. When can I expect it to be available?
As soon as you meet the spend requirements, the reward will automatically be deposited to your Cashback Earned Account. On Oxygen Day, the accumulated balance in your Cashback Earned Account” will automatically transfer to your “Total Rewards Account", making it available for cashing out.

How do I cancel my Element upgrade?
To cancel your Element upgrade, you will need to request a downgrade from our customer support team at 866-287-7021 or support@oxygen.us.
Please be advised that once you purchase your Element tier and pay the annual fee, we are unable to provide a refund, regardless of when you upgraded or whether or not the upgrade was intentional.
Do I have to pay the fee for my Element tier annually?
Yes, if you are a Water, Air, or Fire-tier Oxygen customer, Oxygen will automatically charge your account the applicable annual fee every 365 days from the date of purchase so you can continue to access your Element tier’s rewards and benefits.
*The Visa Virtual Account may be used everywhere Visa debit is accepted online.
**Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the payer's submission of deposits. We generally post such deposits on the day they are received which may be up to 2 days earlier than the payer's scheduled payment date.
