Setting up your Oxygen account
Download the Oxygen app on Google Play or the Apple App Store, or go to www.oxygen.us and click “Get started” at the top right of the page.
Select "Personal account."
Type in the email address and password you want associated with your Oxygen account, then tap “Apply.”
Provide your mobile phone number or email to set up two-factor authorization (2FA), then tap “Continue.”
Enter the verification code that was sent to your phone number or email address.
Next, create a 4-digit passcode to access the Oxygen app. This should be known only to you. After setting up your passcode, you can enable Face ID by tapping the face icon in the bottom right part of the screen.
That’s it. You can now fund your Oxygen account by setting up direct deposits or linking an external bank account in your name and initiating an ACH transfer to your Oxygen account. Please read about funding your account in our FAQ for more information.
Virtual cards
You can also set up convenient and secure virtual cards for online purchases, subscriptions, recurring payments and more.
Creating a virtual card is simple. Just log in to your Oxygen account and:
Go to “More” > “Cards.”
Swipe to the “Virtual cards” section.
Select "Generate a new card," and choose a desired spending limit and expiration date.
