You can update your personal information, including your email, phone number, and address, right in your Oxygen account.
Updating your profile information in your account:
Choose “More” at the bottom right of your screen.
Tap “See profile” at the top of the screen.
Then select “Edit profile information” to update your email, phone number, and address.

Can I use a P.O. Box as my mailing address?
We cannot accept a P.O. Box as a valid mailing address at this time. You must provide a residential mailing address where you receive mail.
