How do I make free bill payments from my account?

Oxygen’s bill pay feature allows you to make bill payments to third parties quickly and easily.

To create a free bill payment:

  1. Select “Bill pay” under “Overview.”

  2. Choose “Add bill” > “Add payee” and input the biller’s name and address.

  3. Tap “Add” > “Make a payment,” and add the amount and frequency of the payment.

  4. Select a send date. Then add a note, if desired.

  5. You can turn on autopay by toggling the switch and tapping “Confirm.”

  6. Once confirmed, your payment will be deducted immediately from your account balance, and a paper check will be mailed to the payee you selected using USPS.

There is no cost to use the bill pay feature. Bill Pay payments are processed daily

by 8 AM MT/10 AM EST. Bill Pay payments initiated after 8 AM MT/10 AM EST will be processed by 8 AM MT/10 AM EST the next business day.

How long does it take for a bill payment to arrive?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your payment to be delivered.

Are there any limits when using bill pay?

There is a monetary limit of up to $5,000 per bill payment with a maximum of $5,000 per calendar month.

There is no limit to the number of bill payments you can make from your Oxygen account per calendar day.

Canceling a bill payment

You may cancel an individual bill payment as long as it has not yet been paid by contacting customer support right away at (866) 287-7021.

My bill payment has not been received

If your bill payment is not received, please contact Oxygen customer support at (866) 287-7021, support@oxygen.us or chat with us in the mobile or web app to see if it’s possible to cancel the payment. Please note that uncashed bill payments will be voided after 180 days.

I did not authorize a bill payment

If you did not authorize a bill payment from your account, please contact customer support as soon as possible to file a dispute and investigate the payment.
