Lost, stolen, or damaged card
If you have reason to believe that your card might have been misplaced, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement card easily via the Oxygen app by going to “More” > “Cards” and tapping the three dots in the top right corner. Then select “Report lost or damaged.”
How long will it take for my replacement card to arrive?
After requesting a replacement card, your new card should arrive within 7–10 days through standard shipping (except holidays).

Expediting your card replacement
If you wish to receive your replacement card faster, you can do so by logging into your account and going to “More” > “Cards” and tapping the three dots in the top right corner. Next, tap "Report lost or damaged" and select the expedited card option.
Please note, that there is an expedited replacement fee of $50, which will be charged directly from your Oxygen account. Your expedited card should arrive within 2–3 business days (except holidays).
Freeze your Oxygen Visa Debit Card
If you lost your card or it was stolen, don’t worry. Just log in to your account and tap “More” > “Cards,” then select “Freeze card.”
Please note that you won’t be able to use your physical debit card for transactions until you unfreeze it. Your active virtual cards will still remain usable.
